Tell us where the patch will be attached and whether the design needs raised or recessed details. Include the preferred thickness, flexibility and colour references. If your project specifies a particular material or restricts certain substances, include those requirements at the enquiry stage rather than relying on the term “rubber” alone.
Share the base fabric or product surface and your intended attachment method. Before approving a sample, review the logo detail, dimensions, colour, edge finish and fit on the finished product. If washing, abrasion or other performance requirements apply, specify the required test method and acceptance criteria for review.
Include the total quantity, quantity per design or colour, and any individual packing or label requirements. Minimum order quantities and pricing should be confirmed for the specific design and production requirements.
Typical sampling takes 3–7 days. Bulk production typically takes 14–30 days after sample approval and order confirmation. Confirm the schedule for your project; allow separately for shipping time.
